I had nasal polyps for years lost smell and taste . Life was miserable . This was my first surgery. Dr. Clerico and his staff made me very comfortable during the whole process. No follow up after surgery had an adverse reaction to anesthesia ended up with punctured ear drum permanent hearing loss of 50% and when they knew they screwed up denied further care and I’m a registered nurse!

First, the reception answered the phone by saying, "Can you hold please?" Then after waiting on hold, I find out that the office is 2-weeks out for accepting new patients, even though the site says ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS.
