Worth the drive.
After an awful experience with a GI clinic in the Southlake-Grapevine area, I visited Dr. Ehrlich in Plano. It's an hour drive, but I found the doctor to be friendly, professional and attentive. We scheduled a colonoscopy for early 2025; the procedure went smoothly, thanks to Dr. Ehrlich and a terrific team of assistants, nurses and the anesthesiologist, Dr. Daniel. If you must have a colonoscopy, or any other GI attention, you will find a visit with Dr. Ehrlich to be a great decision.

Excellent physician who really cares
Took the time to get explain everything. Kind manner and did not feel rushed. He listens to the patient and has wonderful , timely follow up when needed. Highly recommend.

Excellent care by GI Dr. Dean Ehrlich, the nurse team, and anesthesiologist Dr. Brad Davis. Dr. Ehrlich was concise with his communication and took time to thoroughly answer my questions. I'd highly recommend him.

I dont recommend
While Dr. Ehrlich was courteous during my appointment, I felt there were areas that could be improved. I noticed that a more expensive medication was prescribed when a more affordable and equally effective alternative was available. I believe providing patients with cost-effective treatment options is important, especially when they can achieve the same results. Additionally, I felt there was a lack of attention to detail in managing my care and follow-up, which left me feeling uncertain about the overall treatment plan. With a bit more responsibility and communication, I think future patient experiences could be greatly enhanced
