Never seems in a hurry, willing to talk about anything and give advice, will go over something more than once to clarify. Supports your decision in regards to breastfeeding and formula, and will refer you to the lactation consultant if you need help with breastfeeding, or provide samples of formula if you would like to supplement or switch. Very calm and friendly.
