In my experience with Dr. Brooks, she was beyond rude and belittled me within seconds of meeting her. She had an attitude from the beginning. I was voicing concerns for my family member, as anyone would, and she snapped back saying that I was not the patient. She made remarks that were unprofessional and disrespectful. I do not advise anyone to make an appointment with her or take advice from her from an academic standpoint.
