I can't tell my long story now. There is a lack of professional manner and responsibility for a patient. There might be less communication between Doctor and her staffs. So I got wrong information/direction about the practice and I should find myself for the more information via internet search. I regret my decision to choose a dermatologist.

Dr. Englert has always greeted me with a friendly smile and always makes my visit comfortable and pleasant. I had to leave this practice for a few years because of insurance changes, but I am so happy to be back!
