The dental work itself went fine. However, before the work was done I asked was there any other charges and they said no. I received a bill in the mail saying I owe $355. I called and explained that they told me there would be no more charges. Had I known I wouldn't have had the work done. Of course I signed the document saying I would pay for charges not covered by insurance. They should tell you what that cost would be so I can decide if I want to take on that debt or not. I tried talking to them multiple times but they wouldn't drop the debt. They sold the debt. The debt collector took me to court and all because they refuse to disclose the cost of their services or even the possibility of charges that could occur.

I never went to Dr Finegold but she continues to Bill me and sent me to collections. Her office refuses to remove a bill from collections.

Dr. Feingold is one of the best humanitarian dentists I had experienced. She was helpful and sensitive to my needs at a time when I needed it the most. She assured me things would ok and it was. If you have fears in dentistry for whatever reason this is the doctor to see. Thank you Dr. Feingold.

Most dental offices take much longer. I was in and out. I highly recommend it. Very clean. Friendly. I had no problem.

After waiting close to a year for the doctors office to get authorization from the insurance they still couldn't get it right. 1st time they never attempted to get authorization and wanted me to pay up front. Five months later they called and only got two things approved but the authorization was expiring so they had to get an extension. By this time two of the things that needed authorization only needed a current photo and written documentation and the other thing denied need more explanation.
