Dr. Debra Bjork, MD

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Bjork. She is the first doctor I’ve gone to for mental and emotional help who has actually helped me and the first to treat me with genuine empathy and a desire to truly understand me. It is very obvious that she truly cares about her patients and became a psychiatrist for all the right reasons. Going to see a psychiatrist can be very nerve-wracking because you are being so vulnerable about your own mind. But, she puts me at ease and takes the time to listen and engage with me at every appointment. She also takes great care in answering all of my questions, especially those concerning treatment options. She’s an osteopath and always recommends natural remedies as well as pharmaceutical ones, when appropriate. I can truly say that, alongside counseling that I receive in the same practice, my entire life has much improved from having her as my doctor. She is an answer to prayer and I am very thankful to be able to have her as my doctor.
