Anti-science conspiracy theorist
I think the fact that she has been investigated by the state medical board speaks for itself. My visit with this 'doctor' taught me a lesson--always get personal recommendations first, before relying on a search for 'doctors in your area.' This one is a real piece of work.

In my overall review, I would say that Dr. Bunger is a special woman who cares about her special patients because we are all special and that is how she makes patients feel, important, cared about, and worthy of her care. She, not only takes time to ask the right question, but she listens and gives the patient the time they need to talk about why they are there. You should contact her today if you need a new psychiatrist.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bunger for over 6 years and my experience has been nothing short of excellent. She is professional, caring, knowledgeable and always offers advice or readings that may (always for me) improve the quality of life. The staff is generally good (excellent in recent year or two) but I have experienced friendly but slow, unhelpful front desk service.

Dr Bunger gave me back my life! I had crippling depression for 25 years; Meds didn't work or had untenable side effects. I agree she appeared scattered & not entirely present, but within 5 minutes of the 4th visit, she said she thought I had been misdiagnosed & that I had Bi-polar 2, aka Bi-polar Depression. She explained the differences btwn mania in the types of Bi-polar & changed my meds. I haven't had any more depression! I'm forever grateful. Alas, she no longer accepts my insurance.

After nearly three years of treatment from Dr. Bunger I finally switched to a more professional and dedicated provider. Dr. Bunger's freewheeling and slapdash approach did not meet my needs. Even though our appointments were about medication management, they were extremely brief and in my mind dismissive. She looked at her computer more than at me. Her office is run like a circus. I feel like the place is on the brink of disaster. Not where I want something as serious as my mental health t
