Dr. Cantor is the worst doctor I’ve ever met
Dr. Cantor is the worst doctor I’ve ever met and She was too busy venting about her day and calling me bad parent for taking my child to numerous doctors instead of just giving him at medicine at home after having a febrile seizure so I had to go VCU children’s hospital the next night for them to tell me he has HFM. She was too busy being rude to even diagnose my son the right way smh. Tried to make me feel bad for making sure my one year old was going to feel better. Said that they shouldn’t call them seizures because that’s not what they are but when he was shaking non stop and unresponsive I’m sure the first thing anyone would call that is a seizure. I don’t know why she still has a job.

Always there when we need her
Dr. Cantor has always been there for our family when we need her. She has cared for our daughter for many years and our special needs son since birth. We love her honest opinion and how she truly cares about her patients.

I have been with Dr.Cantor since I moved tho Va in 2012. There was another doctor before her at St. Francis but she left and Cantor was next in line for me. At first as a new mom I thought she didn’t care to much Bcus she was so brief until I had more children and life started happening and I realized she’s str8 to point no sugar coding things very nice lady ! She doesn’t pressure you or make you feel like your less of a mom Bcus ur kid is over weight according to charts. She really is all about how you are and what you feel is best. She knows she’s a Doctor and Her role is to make sure your child is growing, answer any questions and recommends things she knowledgeable on. She’s really for you and your child. She not there to be your bestie. She’s your doctor she understands life and children. I don’t feel judged with her. I trust her and I don’t want any other doctor and she does have a sense of humor lol don’t let her fool you. She’s awesome! Get to know her you won’t regret it!

She saw our newborn after birth. We didn't have issues initially, we just thought her exam was a little fast but assumed that was because she does this a lot. She seemed self assured and efficient. Until a day later when our normal pediatrician picked up on both our daughters hips being dislocated. Her self assertion and briskness caused her to miss a very noticeable issue that we are thankful our family pediatrician caught.

She saw my newborn, and I was very impressed by my conversation I had with her. She's super knowledgeable in the field. Keeps with the times for newer and better technology that she applied for our baby's needs. I'm doing the old pediatric dr for debra

Our daughter had some rare symptoms and Dr Cantor took action by making appointments for us with a pediatric orthopedic and rheumatologist. We were able to get in with these doctors much faster than on our own. She is thorough, gives you the info you need, but trusts you to do what you feel is best for your child. She supports our decisions to take alternative routes with our children with no pressure. I gave her four stars because we’ve only been with her for a year.

Very rude, extremely sanctimonious, and terrible attitude. I would NEVER recommend this doctor to anyone. Much better options out there in close proximity.

I've been taking my 3 kids to Dr. Cantor for years. She is very caring and explains things without sugar coating. I really appreciate her being upfront, honest and patient. I think the some of the other' reviewers are from people who want sugar coating.

Dr. Cantor is brisk and efficient, which some people may confuse with rudeness, but we've had her as our pediatrician for our three children (over ten years) and she has never failed to satisfy us. The practice is responsive to our emergency calls, proactively works with us to schedule FluMist vaccinations, and our children like going to see the doctor.

This by far is the worst pediatric facility I have ever experienced. Dr.Wilms barely gives answers about anything. My appt was at 11:45. Yes I arrived an hour early. We were taken to the back. The medical assistant said Dr.Cantor will be right with you. She was...an hour later. I told her about the wait and asked for the person in charge. She said "You're looking at her." What a joke! She spoke in such a condescending manner! UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCONSIDERATE! THIS IS NOT A PLACE FOR CHILDREN!

I saw Debra Cantor today for my 14 year old son. We needed to see a doctor because we will be going on a cruise in August. My son gets car sick and I am worried that he might be getting sick on the ship. She never greeted us. She got so rude when I ask for more than 4 patches. She rolled her eyes at me and said: ?well since I don?t know nothing here, I guess I give you 8 patches? from then on she ignored me and only talked to my son. I absolutely NOT RECOMMEND her. Not going back to this office.

I had a similar experience. The medical assistant , with her limited knowledge took the entire history. The doctor took a long time to come in, then said something really obnoxious and inflammatory. She acted as though we were being dismissed for the day until I revealed that I'm s doctor. Then she covered herself by listening to my kids chests. I cannot imagine trying to have a relationship w her in times of need. It even looked like she gave us a dirty look when we came into the office. Rude!

My son and I found Dr. Cantor to be very rude and quite obnoxious. She didn't even greet us. I had asked the nurse a question about continuing my son's prescription from another doctor and she was very patronizing in her response. I'm not a doctor, but I'm also not an idiot. We will be changing practices. With so many options in the area, I see no reason to continue here. The two nurses we met, on the other hand, were both very kind and friendly.
