I have been unable to get an appointment since front office does not return calls in a timely manner. On my initial call I was able to talk to a person. Told me that as a new patient my daughter had to have her records faxed before they would allow me to make an appointment. Completed that day, but it took many phone calls for over a week later to actually get a reply from the staff. They left message but repeated calls to make appointment only got answering machine. Still no appointment made.

Dr.Count is very kind and considerate. My son has been with her for over 5 years and two different hospitals. I trust her and will always believe that she is the best in her field. My son is now 12 years of age and he loves the visit to Dr. Counts. If you think this is not true just try her and I can assure you that you will be satisfied.

I took my son to see her for three appoints after his doctor had retired. My son had seen her as a patient for 5 years when he started treatment but she had no recollection of that and on multiple occasions asked who was the doctor when he was first evaluated To which I responded you She has a poor bedside manner and makes little to no eye contact with the patient. This is a stark contrast from the previous doctor who remembered details about my son& had an actual conversation with him.
