I disagree with several of the other respondents. Dr. Fuchs-Ertman listened very carefully and attentively to me. She explained possible diagnoses, recommended certain medications, and made a referral to a specialist. Throughout my visit she was friendly, personable, and sympathetic. An excellent doctor

She is not a good doctor. Why settle for just barely "fair." Her nurse isn't much better! At 40 years old I grew a whole inch!! I said, I'm 5'3 NOT 5'4. The nurse rolled her eyes and sighed deeply. She measured me again. But, wait...this time I was 5'2! I also had lost 30 pounds. When Dr. Fuchs came into the room after a bit of small talk. She went on how I should lose weight because I am obese. WHAT? I just lost 30 pounds. Her face went white. She said, get on the scale. I did. And, she said: You are right. Then she looked on her computer & says, "oh yes, there it is!" I had been thinking of changing doctors for a couple years because of other issues with her. After my appointment I changed doctors! Best decision ever. Value your health.

Dr. Fuchs Ertman is a nice person and I think she may be an adequate doctor. I tell people who ask she’s a bit like vanilla ice cream; she’s okay but I don’t love her and fortunately I’ve not had any major health issues during the years she’s been my pcp.

I would not recommend Dr. Fuchs-Ertman. I've see here 3 times and each time I came away thinking she was dis-interested and inappropriate. I shared personal information I was struggling with and her response was flip and not helpful. I'm moving so I won't be switching doctors but do not recommend her.

Dr. Fuchs-Ertman is not someone I would trust with my health. Her nurse isn't good either. They kept running a blood test on me 4 times, my white blood cells were elevated. I asked, for answers to why this could be happening. Finally, the sent me to a Blood Specialist where I feared I had cancer. I spent weeks worrying to only find out I had LOW Iron. Also, I had depression that needed to be treated with anxiety. Dr. Fuchs-Ertman clearly didn't understand or care! I found a new doctor.

I would not recommend Dr. Fuchs-Ertman to anyone who is looking to build a relationship of trust with their primary care physician. She is not very thorough during annual visits and bills your insurance for services she did not provide. Fortunately I have only seen her for general health checks but I would not trust her if I had a more serious health concern. My most recent visit confirmed that it's time to find a new primary care physician.

Dr. Fuchs-Ertman was recommended to me but I can't recommend her. She didn't react like she believed my symptoms, offered no help and only curt negative responses. Reluctantly she did order a couple of tests. When she asked if I had anything else, she really didn't mean it because she did not respond to me when I told her my wrist hurt from a fall 2 weeks earlier. I felt too beaten to ask for an x-ray. Her negligence and my bad luck, later I had to get surgery to repair a broken wrist bone.

I love being able to see Dr. Fuchs-Ertman. She knows me and my medical history and I wouldn't want to see anyone else. She is very knowledgeable with my treatment plans, explains them to me clearly and ask if I have any additional questions. I never have to wait long and I don't ever feel rushed. I've been seeing her for 7 years now and wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
