I saw Dr. Stemmerman for my pregnancy and loved her. She was honest and realistic and answered any questions I had. I’m surprised at the low reviews as I still see her for my annual checkups and would see her again with any future babies.

Dr Stemmerman is very unsympathetic, unfriendly and unprofessional. She has no regard for her patients and treats them badly. She induces fear psychosis and talks negatively instead of being friendly and helping patients have a good experience. She prescibes series of tests without explaining the need for those. When asked, she says baby will be at risk or one could give birth to a still born baby. Is that how an educated, civilized person supposed to talk? No new patients should see her.

Bad listener, seems rushed, chronically late for appointments then acts resentful of the patients. Switched docs and was so glad I did

She is least bothered about patients. Wants to get done appointment and tells things that ruins every +ve aspect of Pregnancy. Asks all random tests to be done n if we ask more questions, she says the baby could be at risk. It’s our first baby n we got all tests anyway but everything is normal after every test we got done. But the fear she created before every test was scary and no new parents should face that! Baby was breach at 37 wks n she did a cervix test n said I could feel the head!

Horrible. Like other have said, she is condescending and treats mothers-to-be like less than human. I am working through PTSD now due to her lack of human connection and not explaining any procedures she was doing to me She needs to remember she is working on a human, not a car, or get out of this profession. She has ruined many happy moments.

Dr. Stemmerman was the on-call doctor when I delivered my son last year. She was rude and condescending during my labor. She did not properly explain anything she was doing and when I asked questions she acted like I should already know. I am not a doctor nor had I ever had a baby before. With any future births I would avoid any clinic associated with her.
