bad service, also charge me $150 for the visit and bill to my insurance again. I even don't know until i got bill from my insurance ask for co-pay.

Dr. Dee Beng Lim is a brilliant physician who cares deeply for his patients. He always gives hope, is accessible, and spends time with his patients. He is a rare doctor....like an "old-fashioned" family doctor which all of us dream of having. He is the "rock" of my health care. "Thank you, Dr Lim, for taking care of me."

This review is for the staff. They fail to leave messages for abnormal test results, they hang up on you, they refuse to admit their errors and fix them professionally, and if you file a grievance then the whole facility finds out and you become banned from the office. There comes a time when people need to be removed from their positions. Dr. Dee Lim is a great doctor, but the staff needs a house cleaning. They simply cannot handle the amount of patients going through the office. Unacceptable.
