Odd Visit
This is my SECOND visit with Dr Charney. I had an 8:30am appointment I arrived 15 minutes early as they requested and the staff took me back at 8:20am. Dr. Charney did not come in until 8:55am. Her bedside manner is less than acceptable. She does not knock before she comes in, went over my MRI results and asked me what I wanted to do about my pain? She also told me I could put shoe inserts in for my torn ligaments and ankle sprain. Then she recommended only taking anti-inflammatories but I have a literal ankle sprain and torn ligaments. It was strange. She gave me the wrong brace twice and did not listen to my concerns. She suggested 4 different things in 2 minutes and I left with nothing because it felt like she was just trying to sell things to me. I will NOT be coming back here and will only recommend this practice to my worst enemies. Very very frustrating.

Dr. Charney saw me timely. Explained my options thoroughly. Asked if I had questions. She did not appear rushed and I had her full attention. Her expertise is evident. She explains conditions in terms I can understand. She followed up with me afterwards, which is unusual for doctors in my experience. I completely recommend Dr. Charney.
