Couldn't have been better. Dr.Gali is an excellent listener. She did not rush me to answer any question, and was very clear when answering any of my questions. She has been my Rheumatologist since March of 2020. I have had only 1 in person visit in those 17 months. There are 0 personable qualities. I have somwhat severe rheumatoid arthritis and been under a dr.'s
care for 30 plus years but am just a number now.

Today was my 2nd virtual appt with Dr. Gali. The main thing I like about her is she takes all of the time necessary to explain the different medication, how they work and the side effects. I tend to have lots of questions and she doesn't get frustrated or try to rush me. She is always smiling and has a great demeanor. I have had to change my medication 3 times and she has been extremely helpful and very patient. I pray that she is a keeper.

Overall, I'm not happy with this Dr. My 1st appointment was good. The time spent and the exam was thorough. However, ever appointment since, I do not feel heard, I feel my experience is discounted, and it's like she's meeting me for the first time. Also, paperwork that's necessary for treatment has gotten messed up, delaying treatment. She has never given me information about my condition or tips to improve or reduce my pain. In fact she told me she doesn't treat pain. Lupus & RA are pain.

The worst office staff. I went in today for my first appointment. Was told by some lady with some serious attitude that my appointment was next month. When I stated that my appointment was for today and confirmed it yesterday with my KChart, this lady told me that the doctor had to be out today so my appointment was changed to next month(with no call to me).
No respect for the patients. I had to take time off of work for this appointment that I will not be able to get back.
