Dr. Deepak Azad, MD

I was a patient of his for 20 yrs in Scottsburg Indiana and I trusted him but he failed me terribly when I needed him the most! He kept me coming into his office every month and watched as my hands curled up and if it wasn’t for the EMG he referred me to I don’t know how I would be but they and Kutz and Kleinart told him to send me to Cleveland Clinic and within a month I was diagnosed operated on but I was 6 hrs from my home and Dr Azad said he would take my stitches out however they were red and he refused. So it was a weird time with pain meds and the script were sent by mail and when dr Azad refused to take my stitches out they asked him to give me enough pain meds to get me 7 hrs to Cleveland Clinic and he refused and told me to go to the ER and they could help. This is all documented at Floyd Memorial Hospital and Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland . My hand was photographed by every specialist I saw because they couldn’t believe a doctor would let my hand get this bad. What so sad he saved my daughter’s life and he just turned on us!
