Dr. Nair listened to me and explained what was happening to my legs, and he presented several options. Initially I opted for least invasive (no surgery). After several months of increasing pain: I agreed to removal of veins. Procedures were performed in office. There was no push for a surgical solution, it was my decision. Wonderful doctor: friendly, professional, with excellent skills.
