Phone Number to reach the facility is not working
I tried calling the office number to reach his office and the automatic system gives you the option of pressing 1 for Nursing/Refills, 2 and 3. When you press the options, it does nothing and then disconnects the call. I'm with another hospital trying to reach the doctor and main phone number answering system is invalid. This is unacceptable!

Dr. Bal is currently taking excellent care of my aging parents. His is kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I would whole heartedly recommend him to everyone! (I've been an ICU RN for 40 years, so I know an excellent physician when I see one!)

I have been going to him for 20yrs now. He is an excellent doctor! He cares he listens and he gives you the best treatment plan. I can say he helped save my life! With the help of some other doctors. I would never change doctors he’s the best and so are his nurses Jeniffer and Debra.

Dr. Bal is an exceptional primary care physician. He is highly knowledgeable he’s careful to explain his diagnosis and treatment so that the patient understands exactly what is happening. He truly seems to care about his patients and takes the time necessary to be in effective caregiver. I’m very fortunate to have Dr. Bal as my physician.

Dr Bal is thorough in his health evaluations. He takes the time to answer all your questions and gives explanations regarding the causes. He will provide/prescribe a medical strategy and what the expectation should be. If it persists he will direct you to a specialist to get you healthy again.
