Dr Sood cares about providing thorough answers to my health questions. She suggests alternatives to consider regarding treatment.

Following my second annual visit with Dr. Sood. I have found her to be less than interested in my overall health, she has twice tried to leave the appointment without asking me if i have questions (last year I had to open the door and ask her to come back in after she just walked away) often discourages me from going for lab tests to pursue symptoms that I feel I’m having that are impacting my life or tells me that things may just “be that way” suggesting that seeking more insight into my heath may “not be worth it”. While I appreciate that she’s mindful of health costs and providing me realistic expectations. I don’t feel like a doctor should be telling me not to do something because of cost. Not sure if this is doctor specific or the office she’s working in but I felt like a slot on the calendar rather that someone receiving care and partnership on my heath goals.

Physician bedside manner leaves a lot to be desire.

She was very personal and concerned with what was going on with my health and how i feel. She was very helpful and she made it very easy to talk to. Thank you

I saw Dr Sood following my discharge from the ER. She felt the ER had left out some important procedures and scheduled me to have those done. Dr Sood listens well and explains well. Very pleased that she is my PCP.

I was particularly impressed with her promptness, her knowledge of my medical conditions and her interest in discussing any new complaints. She asked about issues we discussed at my last visit and requested an update. She explained several options for addressing my new complaint. She was warm and friendly and appropriately professional. Dr. Sood asked important screening questions and performed an examination appropriate to my medical conditions. The support staff was much improved from when I practiced from this office. I had my Medicare physical prior to my visit with Dr. Sood which is how Dr. had set it up. I would rate my experience on this day as 10 out of 10 and I look forward to my future care from Dr. Sood. I take solace in the knowledge that I am in good hands. Thank you for the opportunity to express my views.

I have been trying to find a new PCP for 8 months, and this is the first visit I've had anywhere where it felt like the doctor was genuinely interested in my health and well being. The staff had accidentally double-booked my appointment so everyone was in a rush and a bit stressed, which wasn't ideal, but hopefully that won't continue to happen each visit. :)

Had a truly horrible experience with Dr. Sood. Extremely poor bedside manner, did not apologize for making a huge error when reporting my lab results. I'm not confident in any of the care she provided and will not be going back to her again.
