In addition to be knowledgable, patient, and gentle - what I think I appreciated the most about Dr. Chen was that he worked with me instead of for me - I was a part of every decision, I asked questions and made suggestions that he considered and agreed with, and I think that relationship (as well as his immense expertise) is what ultimately got me pregnant. There was never a stupid question - we laughed, he comforted me when it was needed, and provided such sound advice. I will forever hold a very special place in my heart for Dr. Chen not only for how he treated me but for the miracle he gave me.

I was originally with another doctor but after changing to Dr. Chen I felt much more at ease. He allowed me to approach my fertility journey within my own comfort level, doing additional bloodwork, and using other medications before moving on to medicated cycles and IUI. I appreciated his kind nature, and expertise when it was time to move on. We are now thankful for have our first baby on the way. Thank you Dr. Chen!

All star Dr and Team. After having a very unpleasant experience at RMA i was referred to Dr Chen for a second opinion. He was professional, friendly and direct. He very quickly gained my trust and i would recommend him to family and friends alike! His nurses were also very encouraging and supportive - each call whether good or bad news, i felt like they shared all the emotions with me.

Dr. Chen was a wonderful physician and was so helpful in our journey through infertility. All of the doctors at The Valley Hospital Fertility Center have amazing bedside manner and are extremely sensitive to your needs and emotions. The entire staff made this journey so much easier for me and my husband- receptionists, nurses, techs, etc. Everyone at this office cares and helps…they become your family.

Dr. Chen is absolutely amazing! My husband and I went to him feeling very anxious and discouraged and he changed that within the first ten minutes. He is the most kind and compassionate doctor either one of us have ever been to. He takes time to answer any and all questions no matter when you have them. He calls to follow up and check in on how things are going. Without a doubt in my mind I would highly recommend Dr. Chen to everyone I know. We wouldn't be where we are if it wasn't for him!

Dr Chen and the entire staff at Valley Fertility Center are amazing. Dr Chen was always warm and welcoming even in tough situations. He always explained in detail options and upcoming procedures. He always followed up with a phone call when situations had to be changed, and with good news. He is knowledgable and compassionate.

After 5 1/2 years in the life of our son I am able to come to terms with the ivf survival gift...Dr. Chen is in my daily prayers.
