Dr Flanagan and her nurse Kathy (Idk if it C or K) are very complete and thorough through everything. That are also very friendly and helpful along with compassion for the patient. She has done my Lumpectomy and Fundoplication Surgery. Always answers my ?’s without hesitation and if doesn’t know the answer, she doesn’t just give one to make her look smarter. She will tell you. Dr Flanagan is a compassionate surgeon who showed me care and concern regarding my particular circumstance. She is easy to talk to, listens to your concerns and explains exactly what she feels your course of treatment should be. During my recent numerous procedures, both she and her Nurse Kathy made me feel at ease even though we all knew what I was going through was going to be painful and not easy. I trust her completely !

Doctor Flanagan is a doctor from God. She gave me calmness of my heart after I repeatedly had 3 small surgeries and one big breast surgery because of mastitis. Only she told me that in case it repeats again, this condition is treatable. It seems like in the whole clinic only doctor Flanagan is aware of various breast diseases and conditions. And she can treat them properly. I am thankful for her.

Dr Flanagan talks to you! She explains every aspect of your surgery. She lets you know exactly what to expect, or not to expect. She is not only a competent surgeon, but a warm and caring person as well.

What a great doctor. She listens to you, and doesn't talk at you. Staff. How can I say enough nice things. Example. I called with a kind of an out of the box request. The staff knew me well enough that this was a red flag for them. They called back, got a family member, and sure enough, there hunch about me was right. Lets just say I was back in her office the next day, taking care of a dangerous complication. I had no idea it was really anything, but again, the staff really listens.
