We are new to Kaiser. I took my daughter in for a routine well check. Dr. Vandaloo entered the room without any introductions, did not look us in the eye, headed straight for the computer and started asking routine medical questions. When she finally gave us a chance to talk, we told her we needed some simple paper work filled out. She responded as if this would be an inconvenience. My daughter and I were hesitant to “open up” to her because of her perceived disinterest in us. Even though we got what we were there for (a physical exam and requested paperwork filled out), we will be switching to a different doctor who is more personable.

She has zero bedside manners. Not sure why she wants to be a doctor if she doesn’t want to deal with patients. She didn’t even do a physical examination on me and just stared at me from a distance. Would not answer any questions. Terrible doctor.

I've been going to Doctor VanDeloo for 3 years and she always takes time to answer all my questions and has never rushed me(or my wife) at all. She really cares!

She seemed like she was in a rush the whole time to get me out of the office and move on to another patient. I wanted to talk to her about another issue other than the main reason I came to see her so I wouldn't have to pay for a whole different doctor's appointment and she didn't have the time for that at all. Not even time to say, Is there anything else I can help you with? Overall not personable at all, bordering on rude. She even talked fast. This was my first and LAST time seeing her.
