Dr. Araujo cared for my husband from 2019-2024, fighting for him relentlessly to get the best care for a very aggressive cancer. We traveled from Alabama to continue care with her. Dr. Araujo truly cares about her patients and caregivers, she is knowledgeable and has a warm yet straightforward bedside manner.

Holds grudges
She is very unprofessional but tries to act professional , she has no soul and doesn’t care about anybody. Do you want a doctor to take care of your like when you know she doesn’t care about you ? I definitely would want that. She should really be ashamed of herself and quit her job.

Good Oncologist
Dr. Araujo is a caring and knowledgeable oncologist. She greets me and my spouse w/a BIG hug before and after our visits. We see her now every 4-6 mos. She is has mapped out a chemo treatment plan and it was successful. I have a local oncologist in my hometown, but my husband & I have chosen Dr. Araujo to be our primary oncologist, bc of her treatment style and knowledge of sarcomas. I would highly recommend Dr. A.

See someone else!
Cold, Uncaring and more interested in statistics than the patient. Flew all the way to MD Anderson only to have her tell my daughter that she didn’t qualify for a trial. This after our oncologist in MI e-mailed her with no response. Could have saved us a trip. This was the second time we saw her. The first she didn’t want to treat my daughter and our oncologist at home treated her and then my daughter had surgery with a surgeon from MD Anderson. Dr Arujo offered no other treatment for my daughter until my daughter practically begged her to. My daughter’s husband who had not met Dr. Arujo in the past, but came with us for another consult with Dr. Arujo when my daughter’s cancer reoccurred, was so put off by this woman and he find most people pleasant. Save herself the expense of a doctor who blows you off!

Dr. Araujo has been my oncologist for 12 yrs .I went to her after my local Dr gave me 5ys.after being dx with lieomyoscroma. She would greet me with a hug and a huge smile every 3 months when I arrived from Mobile to Houston .Dr Araujo is very Knowledgeable about Sarcoma. She is empathetic. She listen to my concerns and take all aspects of my life inconsideration before deciding my care .She is just simply a great doctor.

Dr Araujo treated me for a rare breast cancer that included a sarcoma component. She is very competent and has been sensitive and responsive above my expectations. I like her and the team very much. Feel that the care I received was top notch.
