Excellent care
Dr. R and her team are smart, caring and efficient. She is an excellent diagnostician, and completely at ease with the newest treatments and tools, complemented by common sense solutions. Patients are people, not file numbers!

If there were more than 5 stars, I would rate her and her staff even higher. Dr. R is so thorough and thoughtful. She’s a really good diagnostician. We were with her before she became concierge and signed on when she did. You can’t really put a price on being able to reach your doctor when you need her. We’ve been pretty healthy, but it’s invaluable get a question answered or an appointment quickly. This year we both tested positive for COVID. she has walked us through every step. Calmed us when we unnecessarily panicked over something. Checked in daily. We called her at 5:30am when my spouse oxygen level seemed to drop. I can’t imagine going through this without her. We feel so fortunate to have found her when we moved here 7 years ago.

Dr. Ruscheinsky and her team are incredible. This is what having a doctor is suppose to be like a partnership for HEALTH. I can count on her to listen and then explain to me her thoughts and many times options for treatments if there is more than one. She is accessible and helpful and I am so thankful she has chosen Napa as her place to practice her talent.

I couldn't ask for a better doctor. Always there when and where I need her. The office staff is great as well.

The office staff is unaccomodating and unprofessional. The doctor is short and impatient in visits and tries to get as much money out of patients as possible. If you see her for years and lose income having to drop down to medical, she will not see you. If you need a urine test or other simplistic test that can be administered by nurses (and is administered by nurses at affiliates health group offices) she will not do it unless you pay for an unnecessary office visit.
