Dr. Demetra Vounas, MD

Could not have found a worse Dr than her. Unless your the picture of health and not overweight than you're in luck. She always made me nervous, anxious and not good enough. In the middle of having some major medical issues she sent me a letter telling me to find another dr. Did not even have decency to speak to me in person. She needs to refresh herself with Hippocratic oath of treating patients the best of your ability. I guess in an odd way she did me a favor because now I have a wonderful Dr who I trust and feel comfortable with. Stay far away from her unless you're perfect. Those are the patients she likes. If I could give her no stars I would. Don't mix yourself...she doesn't care.

Dr. Vounas is friendly dedicated knowledgeable. The office is clean & staff is organized and professional. I've been her pet for a very long time and I've been a Pandora's box of med. issues. She's always been patient and understanding. Sometimes as a new person one might find her distant but she just nds to warm up to you??

Very caring doctor, wouldn't think of going anywhere else !!!!!!!!!!! Has and continues to get me thru some very hard times.

Dr Vounas is an excellent doctor. She has been my primary care doctor since 2012 and is the only doctor I trust. She spends time to address questions and concerns. The staff and office is wonderful. I especially like new office and the convenience of services provided.

In my opinion, her ego and control seemed to be her priority, not thoughtful care and concern for or interesst in the degree or cause of illness , behavior which bordered on bulliness. when patient was most vulnerable. This is not do no harm. Questioning seemed to provoke insecurity and indifference. The main focus was writing prescriptions, treating only symptoms.
