Appointments and waiting times.
The problem I have with your facility and appointments given is the wait time each time we come to your office! Because of our grandchild being ill and needing a note to return to school an appointment is necessary! When the patient attends your clinic, there is always a wait time of over one hour and some times more! We are satisfied with Dr. Pennington's diagnosis of my grandchild Jordan Cortijo, it is just the wait time after we come in at our appointment time that we have to wait! Is she the only doctor at the clinic? The other problem is is that we have to come in to make appointments because the phones are not an answered!
