Dr. Denis Hoasjoe, MD

Dr. Hoasjoe is an excellent doctor and he takes his time explaining your treatment plan. He and his staff are wonderful. He helped me with my ear issue. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Hoasjoe is my go-to specialist to treat my cauliflower ears. Staff works to make you feel very comfortable and welcome. My ears feel and look better after every visit!

This place is super shady with insurance practices. They lie and say they are in network with BCBSTX and they haven't been since 2011. They don't submit insurance claims and charge you directly because they make more money doing that. Watch there lingo because they say, "we have in network pricing." This means straight up out of network because insurance pays nothing until out of network deductible is covered. Also, your not protected and the doctor can charge you whatever they feel like. Good Doctor but office staff is bad. Unfortunately the Doctor is the CEO so it's ultimately his responsibility. This isn't the first review over them doing this so obviously nobody cares.

I first saw Dr. Hoasjoe in the mid 1990’s. He preformed surgery on my nose that lasted about a little over 25 years. Age has caught up to me and needed another procedure. His staff is still just as friendly now as it was 25 years ago although I believe all but 1 are new. The staff has been / is still so very helpful and courteous. I have never had a single problem in any areas of the office (Dr Hoasjoe of staff). I still appreciate that he does not pack the nose after surgery. Others tell me how bad changing the packing hurts. 3 day now since the surgery and the amount of pain is amazingly low. Over the many year of various ENT problems or issues he has never let me down. I can never fully express what a good, caring doctor he is. He is still the sometimes funny doctor he was as a young professional with a bit of gray hair now. I am glad I am much older than he is. I would hate for him to “go” before me an I have to find a new ENT. He is such a outstanding doctor and I give my revie

Dr. Hoasjoe knows his stuff, and it shows. He will go that extra mile to get procedures and tests done on me that caught my cancer just before it got too fatal. I owe my life to this man, and while his staff can be a pain sometimes, he ultimately shows his compassion with helping out the best he can.

Dr Hosajoe is ok, but his staff is terrible. I do not recommend him or his office.

Dr. Hoasjoe is a great doctor, I went to him about 5 years ago for a tickle in my throat. He examined me and did some tests, he found that I had esophageal cancer and referred me to Texas Cancer Center for treatment. I received many months of treatment and was able to get my cancer into remission. If it had not been for Dr. Hoasjoe diagnosis of my cancer i may have not caught my cancer soon enough and had a more tragic ending. Dr. Hoasjoe is a very caring doctor, he is straight forward and answers all questions clearly, he goes the extra mile to give you the best care. My whole family loves him and his office staff has always been nice and courteous. I have recommended him to several people that was in need of his expertise. I am still his patient today, he keeps a watchful eye on my cancer to give me and my family peace of mind.

Dr Hoajsoe is a good doctor. He figured out what was going on with my sinus problem and fixed it. I have seen 2 other ENT and they did nothing for me, but Dr. Hoasjoe did. He is a great doctor and an even better person. His staff is great too.

My tongue has a very bad sore on it. I bite my tongue and know it’s sore, plus has a spot about the size of a Quarer. I could hardly talk due to my tongue. He inserts a tube down my nose! There’s nothing wrong with my breathing or nose. He gives me a prescription for a spray that’s not available in our area. I won’t be back!!!

I have had multiple visits with Dr. Hoasjoe for the past 10 years. He has a great bed-side manner. I had excellent results with his treatment. I highly recommend him! He cares about people and always gives his best! He has taken care of my husband and daughter. We all love him!

Dr. Hoasjoe was very professional and informative but his office staff and billing practices are horrible. This is the only medical facility I have ever been to that refuses to give you an itemized bill . When I asked for one I was told that I needed to look it up on my explanation of benefits through my insurance company. They do not send bills. If I wanted a detailed bill I was to pay $25 for it. I had to have my United healthcare insurance agent intervene.

Dr. Hoasjoe is very experienced in his profession and I felt very confident with his diagnosis. Staff friendly and professions.
