Dr. Denise Casper, DO

Lack of hands on stethoscope on assessment. No active assessment without specific req. Just talk...have to call multiple times to get correct message to practitioner. Need to improve communication regarding ph messages and information req reaponses.. Delay in med. pharmacy communication..

Dr. Casper is an amazing doctor. She’s more then a Doctor. She’s a beautiful woman, that truly cares about you as an individual; not seeing you as a number. I’d be a lost patient without her. She has helped me as a mother, a patient, and has even written an affidavit in my behalf. No because she had to, but because she wanted to. I’ve never met a physician like her.

Dr Casper is without a doubt the best PCP/Family Dr in or around Decatur. She is kind, courteous, outgoing and as efficient as can possibly be in such a busy location (Decatur). She actually cares and does her best to give you the time you deserve. Her personality, knowledge and bedside manner are as good as it gets! If she or another Dr in the Wise Family Urgent Care Clinic accept your insurance then you'd be wise to go to her! I have seen her dozens of times as have my wife and kids and not once has she ever entered the room in a bad mood or distant in any way. She is just amazing! Garry R from Decatur, TX
