Once she came in the room, she was super friendly and nice. She explained everything thoroughly and it was easy to understand. I did not feel rushed and she was able to answer my questions and concerns!

I recommend Dr. Furlong's practice. The staff is courteous an hospitable. Dr. Furlong is knowledgeable. She give clear explanations regarding the patient's condition, how prescribed medications work, how to apply medications. She explains options for treatment. I appreciate the information so I know what to expect moving forward.

Dr Furlong is very caring. She takes the time to explain things to you so that you understand. She is very patient and very knowledgeable. Her staff is also very kind and caring.

My visit with Dr. Furlong was very productive. She was very thorough. She looked over my chart; asked me many questions about my health issues; gave me advice, and then started to discuss my current medical issue in detail. She discussed that issue in detail, and 2 procedures were planned to find out more about condition. It was an excellent first visit with the doctor.

Dr Furlong recalled my health issues and discussed solutions with me. She asked about my medications and any effects. A useful way to keep both of us up to date on my health. Would do again.

I've had multiple visits with Dr. Furlong and to Bright Light in Bedford Park for a CT scan and MRIs. I trust Dr. Furlong and her team completely with my life. I was referred to Dr. Furlong by my gynecologist for additional exams after my regular gynecologist saw polyps. Dr. Furlong did ultrasounds and then referred me for more thorough imaging after she saw ovarian masses. I am grateful that the masses are benign (knock on wood), and I plan to monitor my health with Dr. Furlong as long as I need to. As uncomfortable as my several procedures were, I will always be grateful to Dr. Furlong and her team for educating me on the importance of maintaining my reproductive health. I sincerely wish that I did not ignore symptoms that I had for nearly a year before seeing my gynecologist and then Dr. Furlong.

This was a routine visit but the staff and the doctor were very friendly. The doctor showed concern for my issue. I am glad to have her as a doctor.

Though I had to wait a bit for the appropriate treatment room to become available, once there I was treated quite well and did not feel that my appointment was at all rushed.

Dr Furlong is the best, she listens, take her time with you and is very knowledgeable on HRT

Did not believe this doctor was interested in learning about my concerns. Felt like more of a lecture than a professional medical visit. Front reception slow moving. Did not feel comfortable I was receiving quality care.

I was nervous at first but the staff helped me relax. I got lost but couldn’t get anyone on the phone and one of the nurses told me how to go about getting to them faster. The Dr Furlong was kind and she listen to what I was dealing with and I felt great after the conversation and the help of a listening ear.I always get a doctor close to my home this is the first time I ever went outside of my comfort zones and I’m glad I did.Thank you Doctor and your Wonderful staff.Sandra Miller
