Dr. Denise Octaviani, MD

She is very sweet and spends a lot of time with her patients.

Unlike the other, actually very untruthful reviews, I am very pleased with my visits and the service I received at this office. She(the doctor) was not rude to me or rushing my visit. The nurse(that I received) and the front attendant were also very kind and their service was appreciated as well. It was very easy to know how and when to schedule appointments because of the doctors clear instructions on when another visit would be needed. The place was clean, comfortable and magazines were there.

Dr Octaviani may have started out early in her private practice wanting to give her very best but somewhere along the lines something must of changed her perspective in patient care. I think Dr O needs to re-evaluate the services she is rendering because the cost to the patient (time, money, #of visits on a given issue to include the aggravation) aren't worth it.

Doctor Octaviani has the worst bedside manner that I have ever seen. She and the staff seemingly lack any amount of compassion for their patients and families. I withdrew my family due to this. I am much happier and my family better taken care of now.
