Dr. Denise Phan is an outstanding doctor who embodies genuine care, compassion, and professionalism. From my very first visit, she made me feel comfortable and valued, creating an inviting atmosphere that put me at ease. Unlike many rushed healthcare experiences, Dr. Phan takes the time to truly listen, ask thoughtful questions, and ensures every concern is addressed. Her ability to explain complex medical information in an easy-to-understand way reflects both her expertise and dedication to patient-centered care. She goes above and beyond to foster trust and open communication, making each visit feel more like a conversation with a trusted friend. I am incredibly grateful to have found such a remarkable doctor and highly recommend her to anyone seeking attentive and compassionate healthcare.She has done more for me in one year than my previous GP did in fifteen years.

I am extremely frustrated after my visit to this office. I had a scheduled appoint with Dr Phan. They asked that I arrive 15 minutes early for check in which I did. Almost 30 minutes after my appointment time I am still sitting in the lobby. I express my concerns to the staff, and they rudely tell me, “The nurse says you are next”. I ask how much longer, and she rudely responds, “whenever they call you”. At that, I cancelled my appointment and left. Being a medical practice does not give an organization the right to disrespect people’s time by overbooking. If I showed up 30 minutes late, they would cancel my appointment and charge me, why do they think the patient’s time has no value? Spare yourself by finding a different provider, this office acts like you walked into a free clinic.

Dr. Phan has been our "Primary" physician for the past 15 years. She is an asset to her community and her patients; so much so, that when we relocated out of state we still retained her as our loyal/trusted family doctor. She literally goes beyond what's expected of her in doggedly researching facts for a most accurate diagnosis. Refreshing bedside manner a patient could EVER ask for.

Dr. Phan is such a wonderful doctor. I can't say enough good things about her. She really cares about her patients personally. My 80 year old dad is her patient and she has helped him to stay healthy and get all his needs met.

Dr. Phan is one of the best doctors in the country. So joyful to talk to about my health. When iam sad she makes me laugh. She knows her medicine, and really knows how to treat my health.
