From the welcoming staff, calls answered, medications called in the same day, call backs if they miss you're call for starters. The doctors are wonderful, attentive and listen to the way you would like to guide your health care.

Dr. Ricketts listens and is a very compassionate caring doctor. She takes her time and is very thorough. I'm extremely happy we found her.

I absolutely love Dr Ricketts and her team. They are all so kind and friendly and they make me feel like I am their only patient. Dr Ricketts never rushes through my appointments and makes sure that she's addressed any concerns I may have. Her NP, Dr Anglin is also amazing who doesn't rush through appointments to ensure patients get the care they need. I highly recommend Dr Ricketts and her team.

I am surprised to read some of the negative comments. I moved to Florida last year and needed a new PCP. A family member referred me and I made an appointment. The office staff was very accommodating and scheduled my first appointment within a reasonable time. Dr. Ricketts was very personable and pleasant. She went over my medical history in depth and sent me for blood work. Any time I have had a health issue, she has responded within a reasonable time. The office staff have been very helpful when I need a question answered and always get back to me quickly.

I've been a patient of hers for a couple of years in Okeechobee. She's always very efficient on answering messages. During office visits she's very caring, attentive, and definitely shows her compassion for her patients making sure that they get the top notch medical Care.

My son has serious health issues. We made an appointment to see her and on the day of the appointment, she cancelled because she was sick. We rescheduled for another appointment which was now a full month from the first time we scheduled. They called and cancelled the day of the appointment AGAIN calling out sick. I have never experienced this with a doctor and I will never make an appointment with them again. It’s always a Friday too. Very unprofessional and unreliable.

Dr. Ricketts is wonderful. Listen to me as a patient. Staff is very helpful in scheduling appointments, setting up referrals, and taking down important information.

I love Dr. Ricketts. Dr. RIcketts is thorough and handles issues immediately. However one of her staff members does not know how to treat her patients and told me one day " yall all want yalls narcotics" as if getting pain medication refills automatically makes you a drug addict or pill head. For this reason i dont recommend people to her office. No one wants to be made to feel as if they are a drug addict or have a problem because they suffer from chonic pain.

Dr. Ricketts is very caring about her patients and takes the time with them to answer any questions patients may have regarding their health, medications, etc.

Dr. Ricketts is the best. She always has the best concern for her patients. Her office staff are wonderful too. I recommend her to every person looking for a PCP/Family doctor.

Just had a visit with her and wow, what a understanding doctor. If they had more doctors and such like her what a better plays this world would be. She was very through and asked question's and concerned. Wish I would've found her years ago. Super friendly staff even to us older people. They don't brush you off like you're bothering or annoying them. Just a great bunch of people. Thanks so much. Looking forward to future visits. LOVE Dr. Ricketts. You can tell she is very passionate in what she does. Always takes the time to listen. Staff is AMAZING as well. You may have a little bit of a wait, but she very well worth it because she takes her time with EVERYONE (and sometimes we have to be considerate of others as well, because you never know what someone is going through).

My experience was wonderful. When I needed to be seen for an emergency they fit me right in I was treated with great respect and professionalism would highly recommend to any one and I do let everyone one know if they need a excellent dr and a caring staff to go to that office

I was in need of a Primary Care Physician and after countless online searches and several wrong encounters with clinics in the Okeechobee area I came across Dr Ricketts and scheduled an appointment. Dr Ricketts actually listened to my concerns and professionally dealt with my current medical issues. It is so refreshing to know and feel that your doctor cares about you as a person and that your life matters.

I love Dr. Ricketts, she truly cares about her patients. Your not just a number in her office. Calling the office isn't the best, but they have 5 lines ringing constantly, so I don't get upset about it. I am so glad we have her in Okeechobee. They staff is always amazing too.
