Dr Satterfield corrected my double vision problem with strabismus surgery. That was 18 months ago and there hasn't been any recurrence of the problem. Depth perception is much improved. Night driving is once again possible!

Extremely hard to get an appointment and the office staff is most unprofessional. Called them in Oct 2019 and got the 1st available appointment in Feb 2020. In Nov 2019 they cancelled my appointment stating that they are merging with Sutter and would not entertain any other insurance except Sutter. In Feb 2020 as my son's vision was deteriorating, his primary physician referred him to Dr. Satterfield. I called them back for an appointment, now they gave me an appointment for Aug 7th as the 1st available. When I inquired about the insurance because they did not accept it last time, they simply said, "It was a mistake. We do have a contract with your insurance and we will accept it." I asked them to reinstate my Feb. appointment or give me priority because I lost my spot because of their mistake. To this Tina from the office responded, "I do not have anything earlier. You may check somewhere outside!" Extremely disappointed with this unprofessional way of dealing with their Patients.
