I will not go to Dr. Hoffman again and would definitely not recommend her. I had to wait 45 minutes to be seen. When she came in the room no apology for the wait . Not very friendly. No bedside manner at all. When I made my appointment I explained I was coming for heel pain and to get my thick toenails cut because I am elderly and no longer able to do them . She shaved down a callous on one of my heels but really didn’t know what was causing my heel burning and pain. She said the callous wasn’t the cause and suggested I get an over the counter pain reliever for feet. Then she told me she didn’t have time to cut my nails because there were two patients behind me. She said I could wait for her to finish with them or make another appointment. And besides that she didn’t think Medicare would pay for toenail cutting. I have two insurances! Insulting! Why suggest I wait for her to finish with people behind me when I’d already waited 45 minutes? Make another appointment? NEVER!

I was diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis, given a night brace, told to rest & then told to start running again in 6 weeks. Did as prescribed, and the running cause traumatic damage to my feet. Still dealing with the issues 2 years later. I would not recommend this doctor if your feet hurt.

Dr Hoffman is very unfriendly and rude. She has absolutely no bedside manner.. She makes you feel stupid for even coming to her....like you are wasting her time. I would not recommend her at all. I will never go back to her again. I even wonder if she has a medical degree????

Terrible bedside manner...actually asked me 'why are you in pain'? I wish I could post a photo of my foot swollen to twice it's size and bruised from toe to calf. I waited 10 minutes to check out while her receptionist was elsewhere. Another doctor asked me, 'why don't you sit?' - I replied, 'I can't, I'm afraid I won't be able to get back up'. She then turned around and said again, 'Why? Why do you gas pain?' I explained again that the injury was excruciating and I couldn't bear weight. Awful!

She has horrible bed-side manners. My first impression was that she was incredibly rude.!I came to her for a 2nd opinion on my foot. She didnt even introduce herself or shake my hand, heck she didn't even knock on the door! She then proceeded to make me feel stupid because my injury happened years ago and the fact that i came in this late to get it checked out. First off, I have gone to another doctor for years in between. She looked at me and said "what do you want me to do?" I came to you!!!

Dr. Hoffman is the most arrogant, snotty & condescending doctor I have ever encountered (and I do surgery!). She is not knowledgable and has no clue when it comes to treatment. My son had a "wart" and she "just knew it was a wart", ignoring what I believed it to be. Apparently, my MD is subpar to her DPM. After 6 weeks, we returned because it wasn't getting better. She says, "I don't know what it is." She does a biopsy. I asked why she treated him for a wart for the last 6 wks. No answer
