Best of care, professional and efficient
Dr Chuck remains professional and personable at each visit and in hospital. He has years in practice and it is demonstrated during your visit with his office staff ad himself. He is caring and communicates very well. I have known him on a professional level for many years and I recommend him highly.

Dr Chuck; my visit started out with me signing in. Then the staff called my name. I was asked "did you fill out the paperwork?" Me; No I wasn't given any. Staff (w/a terse), "well it is right there on the wall, can't you see it!" Keep in mind this is a place for people who have vision problems! The staff were crass throughout my visit. Dr Chuck was polite/professional but not vary informative. I left w release form for my eye Dr records. When I arrived at my eye Dr and told them who I was referred to you could've heard a pin drop! They said "we do not hear a lot of positive about that office!" Looking for a different Dr. not because of the Dr but the reception committee!
