Getting a copy of my sons medical records has been unbelievable. I’ve had to pay my lawyer to subpoena them. I ordered 5 sets of medical records from other places and this is the only place that charges $100 for a set of records. The woman told me she doesn’t have email so she couldn’t even email me a request. Apparently she had no such form and told me I had to write them a letter of request and send it through the mail. When I dared to inform her that this is very expensive and slow compared to everyone else she became defensive of her ancient ways and hung up on me! I tried asking if I could request phone records between doctors like I’ve requested from Denver Children’s but she kept telling me over and over again that email isn’t safe.

Dr Eicher has been my primary physician for over 15 years. He is very professional and thorough, but does not do anything that is unnecessary. I appreciate the expert, personal level of care I receive here every time.

Dr. Dennis Eicher is a very compassionate and knowledgeable physician who cares and goes the extra mile for his patients. He does testing as required and orders what is needed to ensure his patients get the best treatment possible. He has done more for me in a year than I had received with anyone in over five years. He gets to the bottom of things and is a wonderful healer with a wonderful sense of humor while being a very quite man over-all in my experience. Recommend him. Exceptional!
