I went to see Dr. McLeod for an exam of my vocal chords. Dr. McLeod took the time to explain what he was going to do prior to the exam and he was very gentle with the process of the examination. He asked questions, listened to our answers, and did a thorough exam. After the exam, he discussed the results at length. I was quite pleased with Dr. McLeod.

I found the doctor to be very skilled and took care of imbedded wax that had affected my hearing in one year. He had me use drops at home for several days and then was able to safely remove. Nice personality and wonderful practioner!

Went in to have my ear wax removed. Dr McLeod used his extremely loud vacuum device knowing that I have some hearing loss and tinnitus. I asked him to use tweezers instead but he insisted that this was the best way to get to the wax. Well now my tinnitus has gone from manageable to extremely loud and hearing loss has dropped to a very poor level. I will never go back to this "doctor" again! He did not take into consideration the patients well being and just did what he wanted. Beware!!!

The absolute worst experience I have ever received from a doctor in my lifetime. He never read my chart, he did not listen to anything I had to say about symptoms and problems. He had me do a procedure I had JUST done 2 months ago which came up with the same results. He was gruff and difficult. He told me outright that I DO NOT HAVE CANCER. He was wrong. And he could have easily determined that by a simple scope down my throat which he never did. Please do not go see Dr. McLeod.

Dr. McLeod is one of those great, no-nonsense practitioners who will give you an honest, straight-forward evaluation of your problem, and then the potential of modern medicine applications to have an effect. I highly recommend this fellow. Terse, sometimes. Effective? You betcha.

Dr. was brusque and brief. Staff sent me off with no co-pay because my insurance card lists none, then billed me with late fee for not paying it, then argued with me that they wouldn't have sent me away without paying and blamed me for not remembering the staff member's name 2 month's prior (they have records and can check) refused to take off a small late fee, and hung up on me. There's a policy posted in-office that if your cel goes off you forfeit your appt. Patients are adversaries here.
