Saw Dr Piccone Tues January 24th.
"Seemed nice", he prescribed medicine. And advised me if I have any problem to give him a call. I called Thursday morning because I was really sick left message and he NEVER returned my call. Called today
Friday spoke to Mari she said Dr Piccone does not work on Fridays. I asked so what am I suppose do now? Is there another doctor that can help me. She said maybe, but she wouldn't be able to do anything because she's NOT my doctor. I said that's NOT acceptable I need someone today. I shouldn't have to wait until Monday to get help with my meds. Folks beware going to this practice they're good at getting you in for the appointment, but if you have any questions or there are ANY problems they will NOT be there for YOU.

I've had Dr. Piccone for several years and he's always been, you know, an excellent doctor. Now that we're able to go give blood, the lady that does the blood work she's excellent. And I always have a good experience. Thank you.

Staff is always pleasant and courteous. Dr Piccone always takes time to listen to my concerns - and answers all my questions. I never feel rushed. And I need to mention the staff handling referrals - they always do an outstanding job!
