the Doctor is a very good MOHS surgeon. he also does my skin checks, looking for atypical moles and growths. My daughter gets his cysts surgery with DR Porto. He doesn't make you wait for appointments and they are fast and effecient. He respects your time. For long visits or for rashes and things, you can schedule with his Physician's Assistnats too. When I need to contact them I can easily reach his Med Assistants on Klara. It's hard to get the Assistants on the phone though, so better to use online.

I found Dr Porto bc I was looking for a skin screening specialist for my dad. We have a some basil cell carcinoma in my family and we all like to get body scan. Dr Porto's is so warm and attentive. I like the most how effecient he is with the body scan, you aren't waiting for him and the visits are fast. Dr Porto found a basil cell and did the MOHS surgery just on Friday. For spot checks and mohs surgery, Dr Porto is excellent. Fast visits, in-and-out... great if you are busy and he respects your time.

Dr Porto was excellent. The visits are fast and on time. I love that they are respectful of your time. Dr Porto's specialty is skin checks and surgeries. For my mother who needs a long time with someone for her rashes, I have used Dr Porto's PAs instead. But Dr Porto is the best choice for a quick biopsy or skin check.

AVOID THE RECEPTIONIST SHANAYA – SHE IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISCOURTEOUS. I took my elderly father to a 12:10 PM appointment, arriving at 12:05, parked, and ready. We entered at 12:15 and checked in with Shanaya. After waiting for some time, we repeatedly inquired about when we would be seen. Each time, Shanaya assured us that my father was registered and would be called shortly. At 1:00 PM, without any notice, the staff went to lunch. When they returned at 1:30, we asked again about our status and were simply told that we were on the list but no further information was available.At 1:45 PM, after waiting for an hour and a half, we were informed that we were too late for the appointment and that it had been canceled. I was shocked and asked for an explanation. Shanaya stated we arrived too late. When I requested to speak with Dr. Portal about our five-minute delay, she returned in just 30 seconds to say that he refused to see us today.Shanaya was very rude and made no effort to help

I met Dr Porto for the first time yesterday. He is a excellent Dr. and a very caring, and kind person. He didn't rush me at all and he was very thorough .he took time to explain everything to me and answer all my questions in ways I totally understood.i am blessed to have him as my Dr. His nurse is very sweet and the staff is very kind, accommodating and organized.very clean waiting room and exam room. Thank you Dr Porto and staff :)
