Excellent care
From the very beginning the staff was attentive and a live person always answers their phones. I was called back shortly after my surgery to make sure that I was ok and to get my next apt scheduled. They explained to me that they would be calling to discuss any problems that may occur with my billing and how they would continue to fight for the payments from the insurance company for me. They also offered to review billing from other doctors if I needed help. I have had both spine surgery and a hernia surgery with Dr Robison and I am very happy to have them and the staff care for me. These people actually care about you.

I too had Dr. Robison for the abdominal portion of my spinal surgery. Never met him becore the surgery but discussed insurance and out of network concerns with his office. I was notified by his office that he does not directly bill patients and because of the relationship between him and my spinal surgeon. I would not need to worry about it being out of network and not covered by my insurance. I clarified 3 times with the woman on the phone that I would not have issues with this. We walked through the paperwork I was required to fill out so I could ask the questions I had and was told much of it probably wouldn't apply due to the nature of the surgery and their partnership. Sections of the paperwork also indicated that fact. I'm now being charged thousands of dollars. They are now claiming that signing the "estimate of good faith" paperwork which estimated $140,000 and they even noted on the paperwork is "grossly inflated". What they are doing to people who are suffering is shameful.

INSURANCE ISSUE
the neurosurgeon's office schedule dr. robison and we never met him until the day of surgery as he was a secondary surgeon to assist the neurosurgeon.....got the bill and was told he is out of network even though looking at this site it says he takes bluecross blueshield!! instead of $600 we are to pay $60,000!!! MAKE HIS STAFF DOUBLE CHECK YOUR INSURANCE - OR THE STAFF ARE IDIOTS AND DO NOT KNOW HOW TO PROCESS INSURANCE....AND THE NEUROSURGEON'S STAFF NEEDS TO LEARN TO ASK A FEW MORE QUESTIONS AS I BARELY MAKE 60K IN 1 YEAR....

The best surgeon in the state. From the very small procedure, double hernia on a 9 week old grandson to a very major abdominal aortic aneyurism graft on a grandfather. Great followup, no complications and all healthy afterwards.

Professional, polite, doesn't waste time. The staff at this office are particularly helpful as well, assisting me with locating financial aid for my bills even though that process delayed me being able to pay them.
