Dr Sankar had reviewed the records and test results before the appointment. He explained things clearly. Office staff was very friendly and helpful.

Went to see Dr. Sankar for the first time. He did not have test results on hand. Asked me to wait while he looked for the echo results, then went to talk with another patient, while I listened to everything. Came back to me and told me he can't find results from FHHD? really? you supposed to get results on hand before you see your patient. He didn't order an electrocardiogram as baseline for first time patient. No, I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

The staff and Dr were all very nice. Dr said I needed immediate heart surgery and was at risk of heart attack. Decided to go to Cleveland Clinic for 2 opinion. Read Sankar's report and it has very visible errors. When I questioned him he sluffed it off to computer error. Cleveland clinic Cardio team said I do have a problem but it needs to be watched. No need for surgery or in danger of heart attack. Sankar had scheduled me for surgery! Patients need their info to be correct! ??

Dr. Sankar has the utmost respect from the LaFlam family for what he did for our mother. He saved her life. She is 87 years old and this year had aortic and mitral valve replacements along with a pacemaker. She was referred to a surgeon in Florida Hospital Orlando who performed the procedure. She survived and with his guidance and care she is doing remarkably well for her age. The staff at this office are caring and compassionate about the patients. Thank you all for what you have done.
