Dr. Derek Neupert, MD

Dr. Neupert has been treating me for about a year now for diabetic neuropathy and I went from a 10 to a solid 3 with dealing with daily pain. He takes the time to get to know his patients and makes sure he dots the “I”s and crosses his “t”s. I’m forever thankful for his knowledge, kindness, and advice.

I met Dr.Neupert in May of 2023, diagnosed with a TIA, Dr. Neupert saved my life. He ordered test immediately and found my problem, had surgery and all is well. Dr. Neupert listened, assessed, and responded. For that I am grateful…I highly recommend him.

About a year ago I was experiencing severe daily migraines. I have never seen a doctor for this type of issue or have ever had the need to. The migraines were getting so bad my family doctor referred me to Dr. Neupert. From day one he’s listened to all of my issues and takes everything into consideration. He goes as far into big life changes as well that could affect neurological problems. I’ve been very satisfied with the slow pace of medication towards going forward to help with my migraines and never pushes anything I’m uncomfortable with. He’s a very professional and kind person. From check in to check out everyone in the office is very nice and welcoming. This has made a huge help in my life from going to a migraine everyday to now it only being a few times a month. I’m very satisfied with my results! From someone was very scared about having to go to a neurologist he’s made this a very easy process.

I've been seeing Dr. Neupert for over a year now. . I would highly recommend him as he is thorough in his explanations, takes his time to listen to you as a patient, and does not rush to get out of the office. After the first time I saw him he took steps to find out what was causing my problem immediately. I am never left waiting to see him for any length of time once the nurse finishes her evaluation. I never feel like I am a bother if I have to call in between appoints. The entire office staff is very friendly and helpful.

Dr.Neupert is a very good doctor. I love that he is attentive and passionate about helping his patients. There is not one single negative thing that I can say about him, because he is just that AWESOME. I recommend anyone looking for a great neurologist to visit Dr.Neupert.

Been 4 years since I was diagnosed with epilepsy and have had many experiences with different Drs over the years. This one by far left me baffled by his bedside manners. I fully intend on calling and leaving a review with upper management. Now I see a specialist in epilepsy and I have never been happier, this new dr is phenomenal compared to who I had before. This new dr actually listens to me, this new dr actually cares. When Drs start caring this world will be a better place. I will never go back to that hospital again r facility again. Worst one by far. Being nice isn’t that hard people.

Despite having my first hospitalization for a seizure as a child, I saw specialists and doctors all over the state who over the span of nearly two decades were never able to give me a concise answer, treatment or diagnosis. I saw Dr. Neupert recently as a new patient and within minutes of talking, I received more support and information and understanding about my epilepsy within those few minutes with him than I had over nearly two decades of searching for answers. Thanks to his willingness to listen and look at the full picture, at my first appointment Dr. Neupert was able to provide meds that stopped the seizures that I was having (at times) up to 15x a day. This is the first medication I’ve ever been prescribed, and it worked on the first try and I’m nearly seizure free. I credit my recovery to Dr. Neupert’s ability to listen to the patient, analyze the whole picture, and he was extremely well versed in current medical treatments and options. I have already recommend him to many!

Need more doctors like Neupert. Very attentive and shows that he cares about his patients’ health and as an epileptic, that is hard to find. He got me on a great medicine by his first try simply because he listened to understand and help. That’s all that I needed, Thank you!

He is truly phenomenal. He is an active listener, asks clarifying questions, patience, investigative, extremely respective, honest, and compassionate. He truly wants to understand your symptom(s)/condition(s), spends an adequate amount of time with each patient, and advise/recommend a dual-decision treatment plan while throughly explaining the why's of the diagnosis and treatment plan. I have visited a ton of doctors and he went above and beyond any other doctor. I'm so relieved he is treating me and I know I'm in great hands. I highly recommend him to anyone!

I was in an automobile accident and sustained an injury to my head. I was recommended Dr. Neupert by a friend and he did not disappoint. His entire staff were so kind and full of empathy and understanding. Everyone was patient and thorough with my lots of questions and very helpful and kind in helping me understand the answers. Dr. Neupert is one of the kindest Doctors that I’ve seen throughout this accident journey and I would recommend him 10/10 times. He has such compassion and empathy towards his patients. I ask a million questions and he took his time and answered them all, but most of all, made sure I felt cared for when leaving. I couldn’t ask for a more intelligent, kind and empathetic doctor. You will Not be disappointed with him.
