Stay away
I saw Dr Roberston twice after 2 MRI's and he said I do not have MS. I then went to the Mayo Clinic to see what they say. The Doctor there said that I absolutely have it and have had for awhile but nobody caught on. When back to Dr. Robertson with her findings and again he said I do not have it. I finally saw another Neurologist that did her residency under him and she said I have it. I have heard other people say the same thing. Stay away from him.

I drove an hour and a half to my appointment only to be told I had been incorrectly scheduled! They had NOT called me. They refused to fit me in. I have a serious disease; they should be ashamed, but I doubt that’s in their repertoire.

I have tried multiple times to make an appt. with this physician but his staff has no clue what they are doing. They say they have to verify that they take my insurance, which they do (Cigna), then put me on hold forever or say they will call back. I never get a call back, so when I call them back a week later they say I need a referral now. When I get a referral the first available appt. is 6 months out. Do yourself a favor like I did and make an appt with a Dr. thru the MS Society in 2 months.

Dr. Robertson, is the best of the best Neurologist out there! Every appointment or hospital stay, he always takes his time with me & never rushes! Excellent bed side manner. Which is hard to come by now a days!

Dr. Robertson is one of the few highly skilled and intelligent neurologists. I have been to several neurologists in my lifetime, and I was very impressed with Dr. Robertson and his experience in the latest medical advances.
