During my appointment, I felt that the doctor lacked empathy and inserted personal opinions rather than respecting my choices regarding my own body. My perspective and decisions were not only disregarded but seemed to be overshadowed by unsolicited viewpoints that made the experience uncomfortable and frustrating. As a patient, I expect my healthcare provider to listen and to support my autonomy, not to impose their personal views.Clear communication, empathy, and respect are fundamental in healthcare, especially when discussing personal and potentially emotional topics. Unfortunately, I found these aspects were missing in my experience at your practice, and it has left me questioning the patient-centered nature of your care.
