Dr Shagalov has seen me several times and operated on me at least three times so I’ve got experience with her and I’m glad to say she awesome. She’s very professional and her touch with a knife is gifted. She’s pleasant to talk with and calms any anxiety you may have. She’s very busy traveling to areas that need her expertise but always available to her established patients. I just called to see her and found she’s opened her own practice and I wish her the best because she’s awesome.

As a family, we personally had great experiences with Dr Shagalov. My daughter had molluscum all over her body and we went to Dr Shagalov to remove them. She was gentle and patient with my daughter. She used a few different methods to remove them so the experience could be a quick and painless as possible. We used Dr Shagalov for many other things and had a great experience every time. She takes the time to hear you and check you and follows up. I would recommend her to anyone that needs a dermatologist.

As I needed this emergency surgery, Dr. Shagalov was amazing; she explained everything in full detail, calmed me down, and performed a successful surgery much needed. She explained each part and answered all questions. I’d go to her again anytime.

I was shocked I waited more than 2 months to get my appointment for a condition that needed asap care. I got stuck on traffic and was LESS THAN 15 mins late, having call them before and letting them know. When I got to the office I was told that the doctor could not see me. AGAIN… less than 15 mins late! We all wait for these doctors for hours, being all soooo patient with them! I waited in this detmatologist office for hours in previous appointments! I was in awe if the unprofessionalism, the lack of “care” , such an inconsiderate thing to do! Waist of my time and still months waiting to solve my skin issue. Back on square 1. They do not care! They didn't call me back, they did mot apologize. They did jot call to give me another appointment soon. Nothing!

Today I visit dr Lazarus office to speak about my skin condition and to remove one small wart on my finger. Dr Shagalov was very very unprofessional, don’t trust her, she will tell you to do the procedures which you didn’t need to do at all. Also check for what they charging you. I just freez 1wart , the code for procedure is 17110but at the end on the paper of medical visit they put 4 codes more, so they intent to charge me for smth that I haven’t done! Dr Shagalov can’t do professional work
