If I could give negative stars I would. His "head of front office" had no idea how to run a medical office. She is uneducated and unqualified. Dr. has always been rude but felt he was competent so I wanted to continue seeing him. He has forever lost mine and my families business. I hope he knows how poorly his staff treats and speaks to his patient. I will be researching to see what ground I may file a complaint.
