I highly recommend Dr. Patel and his staff. They are all extremely knowledgeable, accessible, caring, and make it easy to schedule appointments. There is rarely a wait and I appreciate . This is a great practice! i been coming here for long time .

I saw the doctor and was told that I can expect my prescription to be sent to the pharmacy within an hour. A full day later i still didn't have it. The doctor was sent an urgent message to have prescription sent off immediately and instead he took a half day and went home. Its horrible for doctors to just want to get paid and not care about treating their patients. His staff was rude and unhelpful. He gave me a horrible experience because of this! I came to a doctor for a reason, to be treated!

I was being treated by Dr. Patel (who is my PCP) for almost 10 years for various illnesses. But when I asked him if he could write me a Nexxus letter to support my VA claim he had his receptionist scribble a one line sentence on a prescription sticky note. I was very disappointed. I've tried to call him and I've numerous messages to no avail. My family was one of his group of patients. Very disappointed!

Doctor Patel is great but his front office staff (Lisa) is very unconcern and not respectful to you when you call to complaint about service..They forget to call your prescription over to RX.
