Dharti Vaghela, NPC

A year ago I came across Dharti when I was stuck in a bad situation between my health and finances. I have a poor man’s Insurance which is deeply judged in the medical community. Often times most doctors don’t take my insurance, or the judge me for having it. Dharti makes a point to show me that she is there to treat her patients rather than collecting off their illnesses. She has excellent bedside manners, she is polite, she is thoughtful, intelligent, and she is very attentive to detail. Dharti uses a critical eye when combing through symptoms and exams. Through my current difficult medical times, she has done everything she can to provide and appoint me to the right care with specialists and everyday medical needs. I am writing this review from the standpoint as someone who genuinely dislikes the entire medical system, and most of its practitioners. The only reason I even stay with AHS is because she is THAT GOOD. In all honesty, she restored my faith in the modern medical system.

I came to see APN Dharti Vaghela. She only saw me for my sick visit for about 5 minutes. At one point in the conversation, she laughed at my concerns, and she attributed some physical symptoms I was having to anxiety and was very dismissive . Later that day, I noticed my ketones on my urine analysis were very high. I did not know what this meant, so when I looked it up, it indicated this could be a medical emergency. I tried to call the office multiple times to get in contact with Vaghela and I was never called back. I was clear that if i was having a medical emergency, I needed to go to the hospital and she did not call me back. My mom also called , and she did not call her back either. My mom showed up to the office, and Vaghela ignored her.About an hour after my mom’s visit but 3 hours after my initial call, Vaghela called me back. I told her she had poor bedside manner for laughing at me, she was dismissive, and did not return my call to go over findings that could have potentiall
