Dr. Bhanusali has a great bedside manner but he failed to diagnose the squamous cell carcinoma on my hand and didn’t effectively treat my crop of actinic keratosis patches. I complained to his Flatiron practice only to learn that he is no longer there. Ten months later I seem to have a bill from another practice, not the one where I was treated but not where he is now. Very worrying.
