Dr.Patel and staff were very kind, caring and empathetic towards my daughter and I. They were friendly in hopes to not scare her and were confident and successful in making sure she felt better.

I took my daughter to Wolfson and Dr. Patel was the doctor who seen her in the ER. My daughter is 7 months old and he was very rough with her. He spoke very fast and did not care to make sure we, as parents, knew and understood what was going on. He seemed like he was rushed and just wanted to move on to the next patient. I do understand that during the flu season, the ER is very busy but at the same time, he’s working with children. He should be more friendly, kind, and less in a rush.
